Movers And Shakers – Week Ending 01/07/2018

International

Top 10 - Kings College (NZ) moving into the Top 10 after their win against of 67-14 against Kelston Boys High (NZ) with Palmerston North (NZ) suffering yet another defeat, this time against St Patrick's Silverstream (NZ).

Top 20 - Bishops (RSA) leapt 10 ranking positions after beating Hilton (RSA) at the Independent Schools Festival, ending Hilton's unbeaten run for 2018. They replace De La Salle College (NZ) who drops 5 ranking positions to number 25 after losing to number 14 ranked St Peter's College with 32-17.

Top 50 - A lot of action with Nelson College (NZ) up 2 positions to number 50, Wesley College (NZ) up 9 positions to number 49 and Gisborne College up 13 positions to number 38. St Thomas Canterbury, St Bedes collegeĀ and Francis Douglas Memorial (NZ) all drops out of the top 50.

New Zealand

The Top 20 are settling down but still a lot of movement in the lower 40's and 50's.

Top 10 - Christ's College move 4 positions up to number 10 after beating Wellington College 49-19 while Rotorua drops 1 position after losing to Hastings Boys High in the Super 8 competition with 15-25.

Top 20 - Feilding High drops 7 positions after losing the mandatory 1.5 ranking points after playing and winning a much lower ranked Manukura College with 42-5. Feilding is replaced by Mount Albert Grammar who enter the Top 20 at number after beating One Tree Hill with 40-0.

Top 50 - St John's College Hastings moving up 5 positions to number 50 with Waimea Combined moving up 8 positions to number 48 and Waitaki Boys who moves into the Top 50 in at numberĀ 49. They replace Wairarapa College, Liston College and Lindisfarne College who drops to number 55, 53 and 58 respectively.

South Africa

Hilton College lost to Bishops at the Independent Schools Festival lost their Top 10 spot dropping to number 12 while Bishops gains 3 ranking position moving into the Top 10 at number 9.
